Coming 2026Verra · part of Fumitsuu One

The operating system for members' clubs.

A club's year has a rhythm — renewals in one month, the AGM in another, tournaments and committee meetings between, and a door that opens every day. Verra is the single place your secretariat, your members, and your committee can see all of it, instead of juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and the desktop in the manager's office.

01How a club year runs

The year moves in beats. Verra moves with it.

A club year runs in four beats: renewals come in, the operations year plays out, the AGM arrives, the books close. Each beat changes what your secretariat, your members, and your committee are doing, and Verra tracks the whole thing.

04Build order

Here's the order we're building in.

Membership and dues is the moment a real club can start using Verra. Everything before that is the structure: the buildings, the rooms, the committee seats. Everything after builds on top of a system that's already running.

  1. 01
    FoundationsShipped

Organisation type enum, three new roles for clubs, and the route group seams for member, committee, and staff portals. Club orgs can exist; club roles can log in.

  2. 02
    Premises, spaces, facilitiesShipped

The clubhouse modelled. Premises (the buildings), spaces (the rooms inside them), and facilities (what gets booked). The structural layer everything else sits on.

  3. 03
    CommitteesShipped

Committee structure with roles and terms. Who sits where, in which seat, with what mandate. The skeleton for everything governance does next.

  4. 04
Membership & duesBuilding· MVP starts here

Members, dependants, categories, and recurring dues through Razorpay. The moment a real club can start running on Verra.

  5. 05
    Meetings, votes, minutesPlanned

Agenda items, resolutions, online voting, proxies, quorum tracking, and signed-off minutes. Governance with the receipts.

  6. 06
    Bookings & lockersPlanned

Booking rules per membership category, time-slot reservations on the facilities already in place, and annual locker leases with waitlists.

  7. 07
    Member ticketingPlanned

Members-only and member-priced tickets on the same engine that runs the rest of Fumitsuu One's events.

  8. 08
    POS & TallyPlanned

Webhook ingest from an F&B POS partner, member tabs posted to the ledger, monthly Tally voucher export for the accountant.

The line we're drawing

A well-run club feels uneventful.

That takes one ledger underneath.

Membership, the minute book, and the day's tab, all written to the same place.
